While working as the Digital Experience Director and as a UX consultant at 1904 Labs, I was often tasked with working on “pursuits” – jobs where we were trying to win the business by demonstrating our understanding of the client problem and proposing how we could approach a solution. The design below was created as a prototypical experience in Figma to demonstrate how we could solve the client’s problem.
The client was at the beginning stages of building a mobile application to provide pediatric tele-health services to remote and underserved communities. The part of the app shown below is the onboarding portion of the app, which includes downloading, installation, and account creation.
