In mid-2020, while working at Equifax Workforce Solutions, I was charged with leading an end-to-end project to develop a sales enablement tool. The summary requirements for this solution were that it would be available via a web view to the sales team, and they would be able to generate a sales quote on-demand for live small-to-medium-sized businesses. This work was previously conducted from a shared Excel spreadsheet which was developed by someone who had long departed the business.
The design below is the sales-facing application that was put into production to replace the previous Excel spreadsheet method. This new enterprise sales tool was also connected to SalesForce, which allowed the sales team to retain their quotes and leverage the power of customer relationship management via follow-ups, continued conversations, and eventual closed deals.
