At Enfamil, customers typically time-out after their child reaches a certain age – typically toddlerhood. The customer data platform incurs a cost for every record maintained, and over time, as many accounts are unused, they create a great cost burden. We have the ability to offload these accounts, and reactivate them later if they return to the program due to a new childbirth, which is what this experience demonstrates.
I was tasked with designing how we would address this solution and encourage mobile app users to reactivate their account. The screens below are the designs which reflect the recommended approach.
