During my tenure at Equifax Workforce Solutions, I worked in partnership with my VP to build and operationalize the Digital Strategy team from 3 people to a team of 25 in just under two years – at a publicly-traded company. As a senior member of the team, who understood the fundamentals of our business, I was recognized for my ability to clearly communicate “how we make money.” This information was a critical part of onboarding new team members, because it helped them understand why we did what we did, and why we sold the products we sold.
The presentation below is the presentation I was asked to give to every new team member who joined our team. Additionally, this presentation was explicitly requested, and delivered by other leaders in the organization as they onboarded new members to their teams.
