At Enfamil, one of the more successful programs is the email delivery and marketing automation system. However, the overall journey had not been evaluated for several years, and was in need of some attention to ensure it was capitalizing on some of the newer capabilities, such as SMS.
The wireframes below are a view into how the marketing leader and I worked together to evaluate the welcome series for customers acquired via co-registration (e.g. the What to Expect website – when customers sign up through that site, there is a partnership which delivers those registrations to enfamil.)
These comprehensively documented wireframes were delivered to the marketing leader for coordination with our design agency so that new modules could be introduced into our welcome series emails.
