CalenTrio: User Personas

CalenTrio Calendar is a project from a private client, currently under development which aims to help neurodivergent people with time blindness have a more effective view of their calendar. The hypothesis is that seeing your calendar in a forced three-column view – tomorrow, next week, and today – will put the most critical calendar information front and center, thus helping to reduce the effects of time-blindness. Additionally, the application will have a built-in AI capability to automatically schedule events like breaks, as well as accepting direction on scheduling preferences for transition time and off-hours.

The personas below were created based on knowledge and insights provided by the client, and the data was synthesized to produce three distinct personas to help drive the beginning of the work.
